Hi, I’m Sabina

Certified Personal Fitness Coach | Nutritionist

I’ve been immersed in the fitness industry since 2014, focusing on making personal training accessible and affordable. My journey has been driven by a commitment to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.

On a mission to redefine what it means to be fit & strong

I’m not your typical toned trainer — I’m a mother of four, live with severe vision impairment due to albinism, weigh between 85-90kg and I don’t fit the conventional image of a fitness professional with low body fat, toned arms and chiselled abs.

I believe that being a great trainer isn’t about having a perfect physique; it’s about understanding, empathy, and a commitment to helping other women achieve their best selves.

My Journey

My journey began with personal challenges, including postpartum depression and social anxiety, where I was taking anti-depressants to live by the day.

One day I decided to push myself to find something that I love - Fitness - got me loving life again.

I faced many obstacles in the early days, from overpriced PT sessions to severe vision disability which made me feel intimidated and inaccessible in a gym environment.

These experiences sent me on a mission to educate myself and fuelled my passion for making fitness and nutrition accessible and affordable for women from all walks of life.

Kind words from my client:

“You’re a part of my routine,
my lifestyle.

If I don’t train with you,
I feel like I’m missing a part of my life.”

— Mother of 3, age 34
